Reservations

Credit card information (Credit card number, expiration date & Name of card holder) is mandatory to secure a reservation.
A 20% NONREFUNDABLE deposit of the reservation total is required to secure your reservation.
Confirmation code and an outline of your reservation will be sent via email shortly after credit card information has been received. Please email us within 24hours to make any adjustments.
Please review reservation and cancellation policy carefully.
The remaining balance of the reservation total is due upon check in.
Once FINAL payment has been made absolutely NO REFUNDS will be done.
No changes can be made to the reservation upon check-in, which will decrease the reservation total. If we have availability, we would be more than delighted to upgrade or extend your reservation.
We require 2 nights minimum booking.
Rates are based on one or two persons; a $12.50USD charge will apply for each additional person over the age of twelve years.
Anyone under the age of 18 years is to be accompanied by an adult.

Securing your reservation with your deposit indicates that you accept the terms of our cancellation policy.
If a reservation is cancelled between 30 to 16 days from check-in we can do a credit which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellation made less than 15 days from check-in will forfeit the deposit made.
Failure to arrive for a reservation that is not cancelled will result to next 50% of the reservation being charged to credit card.

All Children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

An adult must accompany guests under the age of 18 years.

Pets are not allowed.

Blue Wave Guest House accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
